Point your Make HTTP module at the URL below. Make watches your Gmail inbox and POSTs the parsed email payload (subject, body, sender) to this endpoint. Sortd routes each email to the correct brand using Gmail Plus addressing.

Add this as the x-webhook-secret request header in your Make HTTP module. Requests without a valid secret are rejected.

Brand Gmail Plus Addresses

Hard-code each brand's Plus address in your Make scenario. Gmail routes emails sent to these addresses (or forwarded brand aliases) into your inbox, where Make picks them up.

Brand Email Signatures

Brand Balances

Track loaded credit per brand. Funds are drawn down when Prezzee smart cards are sent as compensation.

Prezzee Integration

Prezzee smart cards are sent digitally to the consumer's email as compensation. When a complaint is resolved with a voucher and Prezzee is configured, the card is purchased and delivered automatically.

Prezzee is not yet active. To enable, add PREZZEE_API_KEY to your Railway environment variables. Contact Prezzee to obtain API credentials.
